I made a HUGE mistake and set myself up for failure.
Remember in my last post how I said Savannah was STTN finally? Yeah, biggest mistake I could've ever made. The past 2 nights she has been waking up atleast once and staying up for an hour or so laughing and playing. What is wrong with my child?! Has she lost her mind?! LOL Oh well, nothing like belly laughs at 2am!
Oh and on a better note guess what?! I found a sippy cup the monster will take! It's called a Gerber Nuk, cost me $6. I think it's pretty high considering the other brands I got 2 for $6 but hey, whatever! I'm just happy to not have to wash bottles anymore! I had 1 reader suggest a tippy cup to me. I've never heard of them before but i'm going to do some googling and check those out as well.

Who's a slacker?
I'M A SLACKER.
I seriously cannot commit to blogging. The sad part is that I log in EVERYDAY to read other blogs and to comment on them but I get lazy when it comes to posting on my own blog. I so badly wish that I could change that habit!
I'm mainly just going to ramble on about my frustrations and what i've been up to so don't look forward to being interested in this post at all. LOL
Savannah is almost 11 months old and WILL NOT take a sippy cup. I don't know what I am supposed to do. We literally own atleast 1 of every sippy cup sold at walmart and target. All of them she puts in her mouth, makes a face, and throws it down. What do I do?! I feel like my child will forever and always be on a bottle. ): I'm so ready to get rid of them, I absolutely HATE washing bottles! It's worse than laundry!
On a better note, she did start STTN finally!! *knocks on wood* Please God don't let that be my jinx, I seriously deserve this wonderful sleep i'm getting. I promise I will be a good girl if you let her stay in this routine! - She goes to bed around 8 or 9pm each night and will sleep to 6 when her dad wakes up for work (I swear he's so loud!) and then i'll snuggle her and we'll sleep till 8ish. Don't yell at me for co-sleeping please. I love it. kthanx.
My Tutu business has also been doing really good! I couldn't be happier! I had about 6 orders this week, I haven't had that many in a month yet! I'm hoping business will stay "booming" lol
I must get off here and get my munchkin to bed. I need to get busy making bows. I want to leave you all with this super cute picture of lovely Savannah!

2 in 1
This will probably make for a super long post, I may end up doing this as a part 1 and doing another post as part 2. I have so much I want to post about because I haven't even had the chance to post since last week sometime.
First off, I want to share with you all some pictures from Easter. We went to the lake for a cookout with my boyfriends family.

She really enjoyed the lake and loves everything she got for Easter!! I never thought she would be the type to like being outside but she seems to really enjoy it. Me and my boyfriend(her daddy) went to the lake Tuesday night and stayed while she spent the night with Gramma. I can't wait to go back with her!

That's enough about the lake, the pictures are making me want to grab up Savannah and go back!!
Anyways, I made a post sometime last week, or maybe the week before of a shop on Etsy by the name of Forever You and a 50% off sale she is having! I ordered a couple of items and want to order more!! One thing I order was her super cute bracelets! I got them personalized. Mine says "Doodle" and Savannah's says "Bug"! Just like my blog title! I thought that was the coolest thing ever. Lame? possibly. haha!! The next item I purchased was a reversible rain jacket that is no longer listed. I bought the last one! WOOHOO! Here is a picture of Savannah showing it off!
It's pretty big right now but will fit her for quite some time. It's what I call "grow with me clothes".
The next topic I wanted to blog about I will save for a later post tonight. I don't want to overwelm my readers!!

Tackle it Tuesday.. or not.
My plan today was to do a Tackle it Tuesday post hosted by 5 minutes for mom but me and Savannah went and had lunch at the park and played there and then I never got around to "tackling" anything. lol
I do have a few pics I want to share tonight! Does everyone remember the welcome to the world post I made when I first started blogging? It was about Savannah's cat having kittys!! Well guess what?! I have an update on them!! They have grown so much and are starting to walk around and play. They're adorable! We finally chose one for Savannah to keep along with the mommy cat however, I think we may end up keeping more than one because we just love kittys and my parents won't say no to something for Savannah! LOL Anyways, my mom posted new pictures on her facebook and as I was looking at them Savannah was getting all excited!! Wanna know how we picked her kitten?

Thunder, lightening, and hail, OH MY!
Yesterday started off lovely. I could tell by looking outside that we would have some rain but I never expected it would turn out the way it did last night. I was planning on going to church with my mom but she woke up late(she's still recovering from surgery), so me and Savannah decided to stay at home. We had to get ready and head over to her Aunt Christie's house anyways for her "birthday party". It was pretty sunny out and a little chilly, nothing that a thin coat couldn't fix but within hours the sky turned dark and the rain started to fall. We decided to head on home after only being over at my boyfriends parents house for a couple of hours when we usually stay all day and I have to admit it was a good idea.
I don't remember exactly what time the storms started but I know they didn't end until somewhere in the night. I think they are even calling for some today as well. We had a whole line of storms headed our way, they were stretched out all the way down through North Carolina and some of the states below us. It started out as just rain, some mild thunder, a few lightening strikes here and there and then BAM, tornados started popping up EVERYWHERE. It seemed like all the storms were never ending, they just kept coming, and coming, and coming, and COMING. The line of storms was SO long and I was so scared to go to sleep! (I am terrified of storms mmkay.) The thunder was so loud and the lightening was so bright and the wind was horrible! Every single storm "segment" seemed to have it's on huge tornado. My county luckily didn't have any tornados touch down but there were rotating clouds spotted and we were under a Tornado Warning for about 2 or 3 hours. We had a watch out until 5am. Some counties however were horribly affected. The Tornados destroyed homes, mobile home parks, everything. I don't believe anyone was killed though, praise God, but I do know there were some people injured and this morning there are still thousands of people without power and even some people without homes.
Here are some pictures from the news site. I didn't take any myself because I was way to afraid to even go close to a door. Much less go outside!! Some people uploaded videos to the news website! They have a brave soul!!

On a better note, Savannah finally slept all night last night!! Oh and right now as I blog she is picking up her blocks and putting them back in her bucket! Is this a sign that my child is learning to clean up her own mess?! One can only hope, right?! lol

Hello Saturday!
Hello on this beautiful Saturday! It's chilly and a little windy but the sun is bright and it's gorgeous out! How is the weather where you are?
Savannah stayed at Gramma's house last night so I got to sleep in until 11am! WOOHOO!! Haven't done that since I was in high school, that was only about 2 or 3 years ago though. Anyways, as soon as I got up I started cleaning. I hate it. This is why I need to make myself a cleaning schedule. It really makes for a cranky morning when you wake up thinking "I have to start laundry, vacuum, sweep, and dust". I am sure there is a lot more I could do but i'm going to save it for my cleaning list. I want to recognize Alysha over at The Tarr Pit because she is the one that inspired me to make myself a cleaning list! Visit her blog, I love it.
On another note, I don't understand what is going on with Savannah. She doesn't sleep anymore. ): She'll be 10 months on April 4th and still won't sleep through the night. It's so strange. She doesn't really wake up, she cries in her sleep. It's sad. It's not whimpering though, it is full fledge screaming! I don't know if she is having a nightmare or what. It seems to happen around the same time each night and the only way to get her to quiet back down and go to sleep is with a bottle. I know she isn't hungry because she only drinks an ounce and she's back out. It seems to be more for comfort. I have no clue what to do or how to help her, if anyone has any advivce i'd be glad to hear it. At this point i'm willing to try anything!!
